Client Service Rates & Policy   Client Services: Initial appointment will be approximately 1 ½ - 2 hours and is $90.00. Subsequent appointments will be 1¼ hours and $75.00 per session. Client Service Policy: Payment in cash or check is due at the time of the appointment. There is a 12-hour cancellation policy for all appointments. There is a $20 fee for all returned checks. Refunds will be granted as follows: • 100% for 2 weeks+ notice • 50% for 48 hours – 2 weeks • 0% for within 48 hours
